Responsibilities
- Deliver professional floor and textile cleaning services
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Ensure high customer satisfaction rating
- Grow revenue through add-ons and additional services
- Maintain safe driving behavior
- Maintain vehicle and equipment care
- Handle administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 21 years of age
- Clean and insurable driving record
- Clear a nationwide background check
- Able to pass a drug test (initial and random)
- Reliable transportation to/from our North Nashville office
- Physically fit and capable of hands-on, active work
- Previous labor or cleaning experience is helpful — but not required. We’ll train the right person.
Pay Scale:
Advancing through technician levels occurs by demonstrating your ability to successfully complete our Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as well as proficiency in inspecting and cleaning valuable textiles such as wool, silk, linen, hardwood, stone surfaces. Training is provided and encouraged.
- Base Technician: $19.00 to $21.00
- Intermediate Technician: $21.00 to $23.00
- Advanced Technician: $23.00 to 25.00
