My name is Brandon Branco, I opened EverClean in Nashville in 2009. Our customer-centric business model has earned our employees higher income levels and a sense of fulfillment because we focus on customer value.

Be a part of this exciting time at EverClean! We’re gearing up to grow fast in Nashville and beyond with explosive demand for our unique floor cleaning options. You will captain one of our vans while working alone with flexible arrival windows. Our clientele is very diverse, professional and well educated. We mainly work within residential homes between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

You will learn the basics of cleaning chemistry on textiles such as carpet, upholstery, rugs, hardwood and natural stone. You will also share your input on how to make our service and your employment better, more efficient and especially, more valuable!

Career Opportunities

Outside of the growth opportunities within EverClean, the floor cleaning industry offers so many career opportunities beyond floor care. A few examples include professional rug cleaning & dying, hardwood cleaning & refinishing, carpet installation and repairs, house cleaning/maid services, water & fire damage restoration, mold remediation, house washing, pressure washing to name a few.

Carpet cleaning can also eventually lead to becoming a real estate agent, or a contractor for home remodeling, house flipping, landscaping, and practically anything to do with the appearance and trade of a residential home. There are so many career opportunities that stem from carpet cleaning because it is the foundation of learning who your customer is and what they want.

Qualifications

The candidate of choice is responsible, dedicated, result oriented, confident in his/her abilities, well grounded and not afraid of being challenged. Experience is preferred, but not required as we will train you. Age 21+ applicants only please. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. A clean criminal history is required.

Technician Responsibilities

  • Pre-inspect and evaluate carpet, hardwood, rugs and tiled floors while informing our customers on pre-inspection findings and evaluations.
  • Get additional compensation by offering add-on services and upgrades when the opportunities present themselves.
  • Provide excellent service results including pre-vacuuming and floor cleaning with our equipment.
  • Invoice customer after completion and collect payment.
  • Call, text, or email our past customers for service opportunities.
  • Take calls on downtime to answer service questions or schedule appointments.
  • Hand out flyers when to neighboring customers.
  • Maintain van, tools, equipment and warehouse daily.
  • Update reports, administrative work, bank deposits, etc.
