Responsibilities
- Deliver professional carpet, rug, tile, upholstery, and hardwood cleaning services
- Follow all safety and quality standards during appointments
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and low customer complaints
- Maintain safe driving habits and vehicle care
- Handle basic administrative tasks (job logs, invoices, customer notes)
- Customer satisfaction
- Average invoice amount
- Low recall rate
- Revenue per van
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 21 years of age
- Clean and insurable driving record
- Bondable criminal background (no violent or theft-related felonies)
- Able to pass a drug test (initial and random)
- Reliable transportation to/from our North Nashville office
- Physically fit and capable of hands-on, active work
- Previous labor or cleaning experience is helpful — but not required. We’ll train the right person.
Pay Scale:
- Base Technician: $18.50 to $22.25
- Intermediate Technician: $20.50 to $25.25
- Advanced Technician: $22.50 to 26.25
